This Hybrid Gain Plan is designed for functional fitness race athletes who need to maintain and improve their power, aerobic capacity, and skill conditioning during the summer off-season. It is also suitable for first-time competitors who wish to undertake a period of pre-training in advance of their event-specific preparation.
